History
Craig Hensel opened Hensel Law, PLLC in February 2011. For some time, he took a wide variety of cases until he found his passion in employment law. That passion has helped Hensel Law become a leader in employment discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, and non-compete litigation. Hensel Law has developed and maintained a reputation in the community as a premium destination for those who need an employment matter litigated. Our attorneys have been involved in landmark litigation, and have set national precedent in discrimination and harassment cases. In one such case, litigation brought by Hensel Law set a national record for the highest settlement of its kind.
